I make a few different varieties of this rich and flavorful sauce. This Pistachio Sage Pesto Recipe is a must try! Let’s Go…
Ingredients:
🌿 1 Cup Fresh Sage Leaves
🌿 1 Cup Fresh Parsley
🌿 ⅓ Cup Shelled Pistachios
🌿 ½ Cup Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
🌿 2 Garlic Cloves
🌿 ¼ teaspoon Salt
🌿 ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
🌿 ⅔ Cup Olive Oil

Add the sage, parsley, pistachios, Pecorino cheese, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes to the food processor. Begin to puree and gradually add in the olive oil until well blended and smooth. Transfer to a glass jar, pour some more olive oil to completely cover the top, cover, and store in the fridge until ready to use.
