Chocolate Lotus Biscoff Lazy Cake

When it comes to no-fuss homemade desserts, it doesn’t get any easier than no-bake lazy cakes. So next time you’re in the mood for a sweet treat but too lazy to bake, make this Chocolate Lotus Biscoff Lazy Cake.

Lotus Biscoff Lazy Cake Ingredients:
🍫 1 pack (250 grams) Lotus Biscoff biscuits
🍫 160 grams butter
🍫 300 grams condensed milk
🍫 400 grams chocolate chips

To decorate (optional):
🍪 4 tablespoons melted Lotus Biscoff spread
🍪 Chocolate Ganache: 3/4 cup chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/8 cup cream
🍪 Ground Lotus Biscoff biscuits
🍪 Strawberries

Let’s make a Chocolate Lotus Biscoff Lazy Cake:
🍪 Start by breaking the biscuits into medium size pieces and put them in a mixing bowl.
🍪 Put chocolate chips and butter into a bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing in between, until both are melted. Stir in the condensed milk and mix.
🍪 Pour the chocolate mix over the biscuit pieces and gently mix them together until well combined.
🍪 Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap or wax paper, letting the edges hang over the edges of the pan.
🍪 Transfer the chocolate biscuit mixture into the tin and press it down firmly and level the top. Refrigerate overnight.
🍪 When ready to serve, lift the cake out of the pan, using the over hanging plastic or wax paper and transfer it to your serving plate.

🍪 To decorate:
🍫 Sprinkle the cake with cocoa powder
🍫 Or melt 4 tablespoons Lotus Biscoff spread and pour over the cake
🍫 Or make a quick chocolate ganache, by melting 3/4 cup chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon butter and 1/8 cup cream.
I topped mine with both, the chocolate ganache and melted Biscoff.

Bon Appétit🤩

Enjoy! 👩🏻‍🍳👌🏻
