I had so much fun putting this board together and I am so proud of end result. I hope you like it too!
For the Hummus Dip:
🥣 2 cups cooked chicken peas
🥣 3 cloves garlic
🥣 1/4 cup tahini sauce
🥣 1/4 cup crushed ice
🥣 Juice of 1/2 a lemon
🥣 1/2 teaspoon salt
🥣 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
🥣 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Veggie Board:
🥗 Colored carrots
🥗 Colored peppers
🥗 Sugar snap peas
🥗 Red radish
Let’s make Hummus!! 🤩
🥣 In the food processor, blend the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and crushed ice until completely puréed.
🥣 Add Tahini sauce, @badiaspices lemon pepper, and blend again until well combined.
🥣 Slowly drizzle olive oil while the food processor is running and blend until the Hummus consistency is very smooth and lump-free, about two minutes.
🥣 Garnish with whole chickpeas and pine nuts, and drizzle more olive oil on top.
Serve it with hot pita bread, pita chips, or crudités style like I did.
