These super juicy and tender chicken souvlaki skewers will bring the taste of Greece right into your kitchen ๐ฌ๐ท๐
A great recipe for outdoor gatherings and requires just one handful of ingredients to make. I enjoy my Souvlaki in a wrap with a spread of my homemade Tzatziki Sauce.

These are the ingredients youโll need to make the juiciest and tenderest Chicken Souvlaki youโll ever try:
๐ฏ 2 boneless chicken breasts
๐ฏ 1 teaspoon minced garlic
๐ฏ 1 teaspoon @badiaspices onion powder
๐ฏ 1 teaspoon @badiaspices garlic powder
๐ฏ 1 teaspoon @badiaspices Complete Seasoning
๐ฏ 2 teaspoons @badiaspices oregano
๐ฏ Salt & Pepper to taste
๐ฏ Juice of 1/2 a lemon or lime
๐ฏ 1/4 cup olive oil
๐ฏ 1/4 cup milk or buttermilk
๐ฏ Tortilla or Pita bread and Tzatziki Sauce for serving

๐ Cut each chicken breast in half longitudinally, then cut each half into equal size cubes.
๐ Add the chicken cubes and all the ingredient to a bowl and mix really well. Cover an set aside for at least 2 hours, but for best results, refrigerate overnight. This will allow all the flavors to marry and the chicken to tenderize.
๐ Take the marinated chicken out of the fridge a couple of hours before grilling it, to bring it to room temperature.
๐ Slide the chicken cubes and whatever veggies you have on hand on wooden skewers and grill for about 6 minutes on each side, making sure you baste the chicken with the leftover marinade as you go, to keep it juicy and tender.
๐ When chicken is cooked through, take it off the grill and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving it.
๐ Enjoy this delicious Souvlaki with pita or tortilla bread and of course a spread of homemade Tzatziki sauce, and donโt forget to share your photos with me when you make it.
