Follow these easy steps to make this delicious Citrus Salmon for lunch or dinner:
🍣 First, gather all the ingredients listed in the previous post. You can adjust the quantity of each of the ingredients to your taste.
🍣 Then, prepare the citrus crust coating by combining the mustard, minced garlic, orange and lemon zests, finely chopped parsley and dill, sriracha sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chives, seafood seasoning, lemon juice, maple syrup, and olive oil in a bowl. Mix well until all is well combined.
🍣 Pat the salmon dry with paper towel. Arrange sliced orange, lemon, and lime in one layer on a baking sheet lined by parchment paper. Place the salmon on top and spread an even layer of the citrus marinade on top.
🍣 Place a few more slices of orange, lemon, lime, and sliced red onion or shallots on top, and drizzle with good quality olive oil. Bake in a 350F preheated oven until salmon is fully cooked and flaky; about 25-30 minutes. Serve over salad or with jasmine rice.
