Chocolate Fondue

It’s Party Time! 🎉🥳
Raise your hand if you also have a drawer in your kitchen solely dedicated to chocolate… I do! 👋🏻🤩
Chocolate Fondue is pure ecstasy! It’s one of the easiest desserts you’ll ever make and makes the perfect make-ahead party or special occasion appetizer or dessert… It’s a crowd pleaser 🫕🍫

You only need a handful of ingredients to make it:
🫕 12 Oz / 360 grams good quality chocolate. I used a bar of Lindt Excellence 78% Cocoa, a bar Lindt Milk Chocolate, and some Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips
🫕 1/2 cup milk
🫕 1 cup heavy cream
🫕 6 tablespoons butter
🫕 5 tablespoons light brown sugar
🫕 Dash of salt
🫕 1 teaspoon vanilla

In a medium saucepan, heat milk, heavy cream, butter, sugar, and salt; stirring often, until it comes out to simmer and you start to see bubbles around the edges.
Pour this hot mixture over the chopped chocolate, let it sit for a minute until chocolate has melted, then gently stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla and serve warm with your favorite dippers.
On my dippers board, I had berries, pineapple, Rice Krispies, mini waffles, pound cake, marshmallows, hazelnut wafer cookies, and vanilla waffle cookies.
And Voila!! 🤩❤️

Surprise your family and guests with this delicious and very easy to make Chocolate Fondue! Have fun and and serve it with whatever dippers you like. My favorite chocolate is @lindt , but feel free to substitute it with any other chocolate you enjoy eating.
