Tuna Salad Sandwiches and Shrimp Cocktail were a big hit on our New Year’s family celebration, and they make the perfect finger food choices for gatherings and parties.
Classic Tuna Salad is the perfect combo of creamy and crunchy; made with tuna, mayo, celery, mustard, and seasoning, ready in no time at all!
To make it, you’ll need:
🥪 1/2 cup mayonnaise
🥪 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
🥪 2 tablespoons sweet relish (optional but highly recommended)
🥪 1/4 black pepper
🥪 Salt to taste
🥪 1 teaspoon onion powder
🥪 1 tablespoon lemon juice
🥪 18 ounces (2 1/4 cups) tuna drained well
🥪 1/2 cup celery, finely minced
– Add the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, pepper and lemon juice to a large bowl and mix well before adding in the tuna and celery and mix well again.
– Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

🍤Instead of serving my shrimp cocktail family style in my big Martini bowl, this time, I did individual portions. I added some cocktail sauce in small cups and topped it with 3 shrimps and fresh dill, and it was gone in no time 🤩❤️
