Cranberry Sauce

I love cranberry sauce; not just on Thanksgiving, but all year round. I like it on buttered toast, on croissant, over baked Brie, and as topping on my cheesecake or ice cream.

You need just three ingredients to make it:
🍒3 Cups Fresh Cranberries
🍒2 Cups Orange Juice
🍒 1 1/3 Cup Sugar

In a medium saucepan, toss the cranberries and sugar together. Add the orange juice and bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook for 10 minutes, until the cranberries soften and start to pop. Transfer the relish to a bowl; It will thicken as it cools.
Bon Appétit ❤️
