Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce

I’m a big Thai food lover and one of my favorite sauces is Thai Peanut Sauce, which makes a delicious salad dressing, dipping sauce, or can be added to your favorite Asian noodles and stir fry recipes. And let’s not forget the queen of all Thai recipes, the very yummy Chicken Satay, which goes hand in hand with this sauce!
Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce was one of the very first recipes I shared here on the blog back in 2019.
So next time you go grocery shopping, gather all these exotic Asian ingredients and make a batch of this finger-licking delicious sauce. It’s quite the flavor bomb‼️ 🤩🥜😍

Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce:
🥜 1/2 cup coconut milk
🥜 3 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
🥜 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, plus more to taste
🥜 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce, plus more to taste
🥜 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
🥜 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
🥜 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce, plus more to taste
🥜 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
🥜 2 teaspoons sesame oil
🥜 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
🥜 Roasted peanuts for garnish

Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl, except the roasted peanuts. Wisk well to combine. Taste and adjust flavor with any desired additional amounts of lime juice, soy sauce or sriracha. Adjust consistency with cold water if necessary, garnish with roasted peanuts and enjoy!
This sauce is great for dipping, tastes amazing as a salad dressing and makes a delicious marinade for grilled chicken.
Bon Appétit❣️
