To make this crispy crunchy Thai Slaw Salad, I used:
🥗 Thinly sliced red cabbage
🥗 Thinly sliced white cabbage
🥗 Shredded carrots
🥗 Steamed and shelled edamame
🥗 Mandarin orange segments
🥗 Alfalfa sprouts
🥗 Chopped roasted peanuts
🥗 Grilled Chicken seasoned with @badiaspices Cilantro Lime Pepper Salt
You can also add scallions, cilantro, cucumbers and use cashews instead of peanuts.

Make the peanut dressing, slice your cabbage, lettuce and carrots and marinate your chicken ahead and store everything in Ziploc bags in the fridge, so on a busy week night you can have this delicious Thai Salad dinner ready in just minutes! 🥗👌🏻
To marinate the chicken, I used @badiaspices Cilantro Lime Pepper Salt and a touch of olive oil.
