A lip-smacking delicious pan seared T-Bone steak dinner made in less than 20 minutes for the win! 🥩👌🏻

Get ready to enjoy a fabulous meal with your family:
This is all you’ll need:
🥩 A good piece of steak
🧈 Lots of butter
🧄 A few cloves of garlic
🪴 Fresh herbs
🧂 Salt & pepper
🥩 Season the steak on both side with a generous amount of salt and black pepper
🥩 In a hot thick bottom skillet heat some oil and sear the steak for 4 minutes on each side. Do not move the steak around the skillet while it’s searing. Don’t poke it with a fork or press on it. Just drop it in the skillet and leave it alone to sear.
🥩 Once seared on both sides, add 5 tablespoons butter, 3 or 4 smashed garlic cloves and fresh herbs. I had rosemary and thyme on hand so I used a few sprigs of each.
🥩 Keep basting the steak with the garlic herb infused butter for 30 seconds; then transfer it to a plate, cover it with foil and let it rest for 10 minutes.
🥩 To make the roasted baby potatoes, simply season them with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and dried oregano. Drizzle them with a generous amount of olive oil and toss them to ensure that they’re evenly coated with the oil and seasonings. Bake them covered in a 350 preheated oven until they’re fork tender. Remove the cover at the end if you like them a little crusty on the outside.
🥩 Please note that the steak cooking time will vary according to its thickness and how you like it cooked. I like mine medium-well and crispy on the outside. Feel free to add other seasonings, but believe me just salt and pepper is more than enough.
