Pan Seared Salmon with a Creamy Dreamy Tuscan Sauce, served with Jasmine riceβ¦ DELICIOUS βΌοΈπ£ππ»

Get ready to enjoy a fabulous meal with your family:
Ingredients:
π£ 6 small salmon fillets
πΎ 3 tablespoons olive oil
π§ 3 tablespoons butter
π§ 6 cloves of garlic, minced
π
1 cup sun-dried tomato
π₯¬ 2.5 cups baby spinach
π 2 cups sliced mushrooms
πΆ 1 3/4 cups cream
π§ 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
π§ Seasonings, amounts to taste: @badiaspices pink salt & black pepper, @badiaspices orange pepper mix, @badiaspices complete seasoning mix
π Pat the salmon fillets dry before searing. This guarantees the salmon will be crisp on the outside and wonβt stick to the pan.
π Generously season each fillet with salt, black pepper and your favorite seafood seasonings. I used @badiaspices Orange Pepper and Complete Seasoning mix.
π Heat a thick bottom skillet with some olive oil and sear salmon fillets for 3 minutes on each side, starting with the flesh side down first.
π once seared on both sides, remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
π in the same skillet add the butter, minced garlic, sliced mushroom and sautΓ© until mushroom is softened.
π Add the cream, sun-dried tomatoes; and I like to season the sauce with the same seasonings I used on the salmon, so I added 1 tsp orange pepper and 1 tsp complete seasoning mix. Mix and simmer for a couple of minutes to allow the sauce to reduce down slightly.
π Add the grated cheese and baby spinach and continue simmering the sauce while stirring, until the spinach has wilted a little and the cheese has melted.
π Add the seared salmon back in the skillet and cook in the sauce for 5 more minutes or until fully cooked.
π This salmon recipe is best served with white rice or pasta

This looks lovely, and I know it tastes great. I make a similar dish with both sun-dried and fresh tomatoes, but I love the addition of your spinach! I’ll have to add a green the next time I make it.
