🥔🧀 Twice Baked Potatoes 🧀🥔
A super delicious side dish that easily swoops in to steal the show whenever it makes an appearance on my dinner table!
So creamy and loaded with toppings and flavors. An amazing complement to my steak, chicken or lobster tail meals.
Another family favorite recipe that I can’t wait to share with you 🤩👌🏻
🥔 For this recipe I used 6 large Russet Potatoes. Wash the potatoes very well, dry them with paper towel, then poke them all around with a fork.
🥔 Bake potatoes for an hour at 400F, then set them aside for a few minutes to cook off a little.
🥔 Once cool enough to handle, slice the top of each potato and scoop out the inside.
🥔 In a mixing bowl combine the scooped potatoes with 1 stick butter (8 tablespoons), 6 tablespoons sour cream, 8 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese, 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 3 teaspoons onion powder, salt and black pepper to taste.
🥔 Mash everything together and if you like paprika, add 2 teaspoons and mix it in.
🥔 Scoop the mixture in the hollowed out potatoes and top each with a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese.
🥔 Bake at 425F for another 20 minutes, until the potatoes are reheated and the cheese has melted.
🥔 Add you favorite topping and enjoy! I like mine with sour cream and chives.
