Winner Winner Salmon Dinner 🍣🍽
Healthy eaters, seafood lovers, Mediterranean dieters, working moms and dads, this quick and easy baked salmon recipe is for you!
Half an hour prep and another half an hour in the oven, then devoured in minutes 😅
I used a mix of my favorite spices and customized the dish to my own taste; feel free to substitute or adjust the amounts to your liking.
🍣 A 0.75 Pounds Salmon Steak
Pat dry on both sides with paper towel, drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil, and season with your favorite seafood seasoning mix. Add some Adobo seasoning or onion powder and paprika, some black garlic seasoning or regular garlic powder. Add salt to taste and if you don’t mind a little heat, add a touch of Sriracha or hot sauce.
🌾 3 Celery Stalks, chopped
🥕 1 Large Carrot, grated
🥔 6 Baby Potatoes, cut in medium size pieces
🧅 1 Medium Onion, chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine all the veggies and season them with 1 teaspoon orange pepper or lemon pepper seasonings, 1 teaspoon black garlic seasoning mix or regular garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Adobo seasoning or 1/2 tablespoon onion powder & 1/2 teaspoon Paprika. Add salt to taste and 3 tablespoons olive oil.
Toss veggies with the oil and seasoning, then transfer to skillet. Place the seasoned salmon on top, add a few cherry tomatoes, some green olives if available, cover and bake in a 375F preheated oven for 30 minutes; and Voila!! I served it with yellow turmeric rice and it was all gone in minutes! So light and delicious 🤩👌🏻
