Homemade Ice Cream

You will need: 2 cups of cold whipping cream, 1/2 can of condensed milk, 2 envelopes (1 box) of Dream Whip

Toppings: chocolate bars, caramel and chocolate sauce

Instructions:

  • Add 2 cups of cold whipping cream to a mixers bowl
  • I put the mixers bowl in the freezer about an hour before I start the whipping cream
  • Add dream whip to the cold cream
  • Start mixing on medium speed, until the cream and dream whip are welcome by and then increase the speed to high
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • Beat until hard peaks start to form
  • Add 1/2 can of condensed milk to the mix
  • Mix condensed milk with the cream
  • Prepare your fillings and toppings, (I used Rolos, Toffifay, and Lindt chocolate)
  • Cut your chocolate bars into desired pieces and add some pieces to the mix
  • Mix them in on a low speed
  • Pour the ice cream mix into a freezer safe container
  • Drizzle some chocolate and some Caramell sauce is on top, use a toothpick to make a marble shape
  • Add some more chocolate pieces on top
  • Cover with plastic, making sure it is tucked in and touching the surfaces of the ice cream, to avoid any ice crystals from forming
  • Cover tightly with foil and place the container in the freezer for at least six hours
  • Enjoy!
