Spaghetti and Meatballs

You will need: 1 cup of milk, 4 pounds chopped meat, four eggs, 2/3 cup breadcrumbs, 2 medium onions, 8 cups of marinara sauce, 1/2 bunch of fresh parsley, 6 garlic cloves, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tablespoons dried oregano, grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  • Add the milk to the breadcrumbs, mix them together and set them aside for 20 minutes
  • In a large mixing bowl add the chopped meat
  • Add 2 minced onions
  • Add 6 minced garlic cloves
  • Add Chopped parsley
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste
  • Add dried oregano

  • The breadcrumbs milk mixture after 20 minutes of soaking will look like a paste

  • Add the eggs and mix everything together until well combined
  • Cover with plastic and refrigerate for an hour
  • Roll your meatballs into balls shapes
  • Bake in a 425°F preheated oven for 20 minutes
  • Transfer the marinara sauce to a pot And bring it to a light simmer
  • Add the meatballs to the sauce
  • Cover the pot and cook the meatballs in the sauce for 15 minutes

  • Now cook the spaghetti as per package instructions
  • Tip: to prevent the spaghetti from sticking together after you drain the water, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix them together
  • When it is time to serve, add some sauce to the pasta and toss them together
  • Add the meatballs on top serve and enjoy!
