Chocolate Lovers Cake

You will need: Baking powder, baking soda, corn oil, condensed milk, vanilla, milk, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, Bundt cake baking pan

Instructions:

  • Dry ingredients: 1 cup of flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, 1/2 tablespoons of baking soda, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Wet ingredients: 1/4 cup of corn oil, 1/4 cup condensed milk, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • In a mixing bowl add the flour
  • Add cocoa powder
  • Add powdered sugar
  • Add baking powder and baking soda
  • Mix the dry ingredients together with a whisk until well combined
  • Now mix the wet ingredients in another bowl, add the oil
  • Add the condensed milk and mix well together
  • Add the milk and add vanilla
  • Mix all the wet ingredients together until they’re well combined
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and three batches, mixing in between
  • Grease your pan with oil or baking spray
  • If you’re using a mini Bundt pan like I am use a spoon to transfer the batter into the individual Bundts
  • Bake on 335°F
  • Bake until the cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean
  • Place plan on a cooling rack for 10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes, transfer the cakes out of the pan onto the cooling rack until completely cool
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle chocolate syrup on top
  • Enjoy!
