You will need: Brewed coffee (room temperature), Lady fingers cookies (Savoiadi), 4 eggs, mascarpone cheese, pistachio cream, powdered sugar
Instructions:
- First brew the coffee to allow it time to cool off
- I brewed 1 Starbucks vanilla k cup and 1 cinnamon swirl Nespresso capsule (if not available use whatever instant coffee that you like)

- I added 2 tbsps of mocha syrup to the coffee (optional)

- Mix on high speed

- Add the egg mix to the mascarpone and pistachio cream
- Combine them together by using the manual folding technique do NOT use the mixer
- Add the egg white in batches, one big spoon at a time, And gently fold it in with a spatula
