Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad

Brussels Sprouts should never be a vegetable that your kids dread seeing on dinner table or have to tolerate; it can be just as enjoyable and exciting to them as a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs!
Growing up, I was the only kid in my family who loved all veggies without an exception and I even love them more now as an adult.
Let’s talk about delicious ways reinvent Brussels Sprouts; simply try to trade boiling or roasting your Brussels Sprouts with this fresh crispy and very flavorful salad.
These are the ingredients I used and the quantities are really up to you! Measure with your hearty 🤩💖
