To me, It’s all about the BEEF 🥩🔥🥩🔥🥩
I’ve got a delicious roast beef recipe to carry you through the holidays, the cold days, and the days. A Roast Beef cooked well done doesn’t have to be dry and tough to chew. Follow my technique and I promise you’ll have the juiciest and most tender roast beef you’ve ever cooked!
🥩 A five pound beef roast
🥩 2 medium onions and 10 garlic cloves, finely minced.
🥩 2 teaspoons onion powder and 2 teaspoons garlic powder
🥩 3 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil
🥩 Salt and pepper to taste
Here’s a quick summary of the process:
🥩 I used an eye round cut for this recipe, but you can use any other meat cut that’s good for roasting.
🥩 I drizzle the meat with olive oil and season it generously with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. I then sear it on all sides,stovetop, over high heat.
🥩 I add the chopped onion and garlic, season them with salt and pepper and cook then until fragrant.
🥩 I add hot water, put the lid on, lower heat and simmer it for twenty minutes; then to the oven it goes for an hour and half (for every five pounds)
🥩 Once cooked, I take the roast out of the oven and set it aside until it’s at room temperature, then I slice it. I use an electric life, but a good sharp serrated knife will do the job.
