Ranch Garlic Parmesan Wings 🧄🧀🍗🤩
This flavor combination is epic and goes very well with chicken tenders, potato wedges, and regular fries too! A must try recipe for sure!
Here’s the list of ingredients you’ll need to gather for our next recipe; and as always, the video will follow.
For the Wings:
🧄 2 pounds chicken wings
🧀 2 tablespoons olive oil
🧄 1 teaspoon @badiaspices onion powder
🧀 1 teaspoon @badiaspices garlic powder
🧄 1 teaspoon @badiaspices paprika
🧀 1 teaspoon @badiaspices complete seasoning
🧄 1 teaspoon cornstarch
🧀 1 teaspoon baking powder
🧄 1 tablespoon @badiaspices Ranch seasoning
🧀 Salt & Pepper to taste
For the coating:
🌿 4 tablespoons butter
🍗 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
🌿 1 large head of garlic
🍗 1 tablespoon olive oil
🌿 3 tablespoons sour cream
🍗 Salt & Pepper
🌿 Chopped fresh parsley
Let’s make them delicious Ranch Garlic Parmesan wings!
🍗 First gather the list of ingredients captioned in my previous post.
🍗 Start by roasting the head of garlic. Cut of the top, drizzle a little olive oil on top, then it sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap it up in foil and roast on 425F, until garlic is soft and caramelized. Set it aside to cool off completely, then squeeze the garlic cloves out of the shell and mash them until they look like a paste.
🍗 In a small bowl, mix all the seasonings, corn starch and baking powder. Drizzle the wings with some olive oil and massage them well with seasoning mix, until they’re evenly coated.
🍗 Bake wings, on a tray with a rack on top, skin side down, on 425F for 20 minutes, then flip them on the other side and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until they’re golden in color and crispy.
🍗 While the wings are baking, make the dressing. Melt butter on low heat. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mashed roasted garlic and continue stirring, until well combined. Mix in the sour cream and toss the wings with this dressing while it’s hot.
🍗 Top with more grated Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, and chopped fresh parsley.
