Korean Style Beef Short Ribs

Make these Korean Style Beef Short Ribs for your Super Bowl party 🏈🍺 They’re super duper juicy and tasty 🤩👌🏻

🥩 2 pounds beef flaken-cut short ribs
🥩 1/2 apple, peeled and grated
🥩 3 cloves garlic, minced
🥩 1 teaspoon minced ginger
🥩 3 scallions, sliced 
🥩 1/4 cup soy sauce
🥩 1/4 cup Coca-Cola
🥩 1/4 cup vinegar 
🥩 1 tablespoon sesame oil
🥩 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
🥩 1 teaspoon onion powder
🥩 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
🥩 Salt & Pepper to taste
🥩 Toasted sesame seeds

🥡 In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the sesame seeds. Mix very well until brown sugar has fully dissolved.
🥡 Add the short ribs and massage them with this marinade. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
🥡 Preheat grill, remove the ribs from the marinade and grill them for about 3 minutes on each side. Garnish with sliced scallions, chili peppers and toasted sesame seeds.
