Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges!!!! Yeah Baby!!!
They make the perfect side for your steak or burger dinners, especially during this sunny time of the year.
These are the ingredients I used:
π₯ 6 large potatoes, peeled washed and cut into wedges
πΎ 4 tablespoons olive oil
π§ 1.5 teaspoon salt
π§ 2 teaspoons garlic powder – I used Badia Spices black garlic seasoning mix
πΆ 2/3 teaspoon smoked or regular paprika
π 1 teaspoon Badia Spices orange pepper or lemon pepper seasoning mix
πΏ 1 teaspoon oregano
π§
1 teaspoon onion powder
π§ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and more for garnish
βοΈ Dried or fresh parsley for garnish
Toss potato wedges with olive oil and seasonings. Feel free to substitute with your seasonings of choice.
Arrange wedges in one layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake on 400F for 15 minutes.
Take the tray out of the oven, flip wedges on the other side, and bake for another 15 minutes or until desired crispness.
Take out of the oven, sprinkle more grated Parmesan cheese and parsley on top, and enjoy with you favorite dip.
