Grilled Lamb Chops

You will need: Lamb chops, arugula, mozzarella, pesto sauce, cherry tomatoes, black pepper, salt, rosemary, garlic cloves, water


  • Prepare the marinade/brine
  • A handful of garlic cloves sliced longitudinally
  • Some fresh rosemary
  • One finally minced onion
  • Add 3 teaspoons of salt
  • Add 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Add room temperature water to the container and mix well
  • Transfer the lamb chops to the container
  • For best results let the chops sit in this brine for 24 hours
  • Arrange the chops in the container in a way that they’re all submerged in the brine
  • Grill your chops to your desired doneness
  • Serve it over some fresh arugula
  • With some fresh mozzarella, pesto sauce and cherry tomatoes
  • Enjoy!
