Making these sweet Baklava beauties is easy as one, two, three; and takes just minutes to put together! 
They are so crispy, flaky, and delicious that you’ll want to make them all the time 🤩👌🏻

All you’ll need is:
🥮 Half a Package of Phyllo
🥮 1 1/2 Sticks Butter
🥮 Pistachio for garnish 
🥮 Simple Syrup:
🍯 2 cups sugar 
🍯 1 cup water
🍯 1/2 lemon 
🍯 1 cinnamon stick
🍯 1 tablespoon vanilla 

Follow these easy steps to make those delicious, flaky, and crunchy Baklava Rolls:

🥮 Make the syrup ahead and set it aside to cool off completely – Take a look at my January 21st and 22nd posts to see how to make the syrup.
🥮 Loosely roll Phyllo sheets into a log, slice it into 12 even pieces, and place them in a muffin tin. Using parchment paper muffin liners also helps for the Phyllo rolls to maintain their shape.
🥮 Melt butter and pour a generous amount on top of each Phyllo roll, making sure they’re evenly coated.
🥮 Bake in a 350F preheated oven for 35 minutes, then flip rolls on the other side, and bake again until golden brown and crispy, about 15-20 mins.
🥮 Pour cooled syrup on the Phyllo rolls as soon as they come out of the oven. Too with your favorites nuts. 
🥮 Allow at least an hour or two for the Phyllo to absorb the syrup before serving it.
