Green Goddess Healthy Snack Board

After all the desserts and comfort food recipes I made last month, I think it’s about time for a light, easy, and healthy recipe. Coming up next is my Green Goddess Dressing recipe served with some healthy dippers; cucumbers, sugar snap peas and homemade ranch and everything bagel pita chips. DELICIOUS ☘️💚

And the star of the show here is the delicious Green Goddess Dip.
To make it you’ll need:

🥗 1 cup Greek yogurt
🥗 1 Avocado
🥗 2/3 cup fresh cilantro
🥗 1 teaspoon minced garlic
🥗 1 teaspoon mustard
🥗 1 teaspoon salt
🥗 1 teaspoon cumin
🥗 2/3 cup water
🥗 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Let’s put together a healthy snack board and eat it too 🥗👌🏻

☘️ To make the pita chips, cut 3 loaves of Pita bread into equal size triangles, and arrange them in one layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle them with some olive oil and season them with @badiaspices Ranch and Everything Bagel seasonings. Bake them in a 325F preheated oven, until golden and crispy.

☘️ To make the Green Goddess Dip, simply put the yogurt, avocado, mustard, cilantro, garlic, salt, cumin, lemon juice, and water, in the food processor and pulse on high speed until creamy and smooth.

☘️ Transfer dip to a bowl and arrange your veggies and pita chips all around.

Bon Appétit 💚

Enjoy! 👩🏻‍🍳👌🏻
