Oreo Balls

These delicious Oreo Balls are so festive and very addicting! ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป
You just need these 3 ingredients to make them:
๐ŸŽ…๐Ÿป A pack (40 cookies) of your favorite Oreo flavor; I used mint Oreos.
๐Ÿคถ๐Ÿป One pack ( 8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature. I usedย Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿปโ€๐ŸŽ„ Candy melts or chocolate chips for coating.

๐ŸŽ„ Start off by placing the Oreos, including the filling, into the food processor.
๐ŸŽ„Pulse Oreos on high speed, until they are crushed down to very fine crumbs.
๐ŸŽ„ Add softened cream cheese and mix until Oreos and cream cheese are well combined; making sure you scrape the sides of the food processor with a spatula in between to be sure no chunky pieces of Oreos are left behind.
๐ŸŽ„ Transfer the mixture into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for an hour. This will make the dough easier to shape.
๐ŸŽ„ Divide the dough with a scoop and roll each between the palms of your hands to form equal size balls.
๐ŸŽ„ Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined by parchment paper, cover with plastic and refrigerate for an hour to allow them to set and hold their shape. I refrigerated mine overnight.
๐ŸŽ„ Coat the Oreo truffles with the melted chocolate and decorate them with your favorite sprinkles.
๐ŸŽ„The recipe video will be posted tomorrow, as well as a video showing you how I decorated the truffles. I got you covered! ๐Ÿคฉ
