These delicious Oreo Balls are so festive and very addicting! π€©ππ»
You just need these 3 ingredients to make them:
π
π» A pack (40 cookies) of your favorite Oreo flavor; I used mint Oreos.
π€Άπ» One pack ( 8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature. I usedΒ Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
π§π»βπ Candy melts or chocolate chips for coating.

π Start off by placing the Oreos, including the filling, into the food processor.
πPulse Oreos on high speed, until they are crushed down to very fine crumbs.
π Add softened cream cheese and mix until Oreos and cream cheese are well combined; making sure you scrape the sides of the food processor with a spatula in between to be sure no chunky pieces of Oreos are left behind.
π Transfer the mixture into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for an hour. This will make the dough easier to shape.
π Divide the dough with a scoop and roll each between the palms of your hands to form equal size balls.
π Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined by parchment paper, cover with plastic and refrigerate for an hour to allow them to set and hold their shape. I refrigerated mine overnight.
π Coat the Oreo truffles with the melted chocolate and decorate them with your favorite sprinkles.
πThe recipe video will be posted tomorrow, as well as a video showing you how I decorated the truffles. I got you covered! π€©
