Ingredients: Black pepper, salt, olive oil, pomegranate vinegar, (Apple or grape vinegar will also work), honey, two blood oranges, Dijon mustard, two cloves of garlic, one lemon, freshly squeezed orange juice.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the following ingredients until well combined:
- Two crushed garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, the zest of two blood oranges, 2 teaspoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of pomegranate vinegar, (Apple or grape vinegar will also work), 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, the juice of one big lemon, 3/4 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice (I used blood oranges for this recipe), whisk all the ingredients together until well combined
- Transfer to a jar and add 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Put the lid on and shake well until the oil is well combined with the dressing
