You will need: dried hibiscus flower, water, sugar
Instructions:
- Add 1 cup of hibiscus flower
- 2/3 cups of sugar
- Add 6 cups of water
- Bring to a boil
- Once it reaches a rolling boil, turn heat off and cover until it cools off
- Carefully pour it through a strainer and adjust sugar to taste
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours, or for a slushy or frothy consistency, pulse it in a blender with a few ice cubes
- Enjoy!
