Hibiscus Tea

You will need: dried hibiscus flower, water, sugar


  • Add 1 cup of hibiscus flower
  • 2/3 cups of sugar
  • Add 6 cups of water
  • Bring to a boil
  • Once it reaches a rolling boil, turn heat off and cover until it cools off
  • Carefully pour it through a strainer and adjust sugar to taste
  • Refrigerate for a couple of hours, or for a slushy or frothy consistency, pulse it in a blender with a few ice cubes
  • Enjoy!
