Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders are the perfect comfort food to make as you’re wrapping up summer vacations and preparing for a busy school year ahead!

These are the ingredients you’ll need to make the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders.
You can substitute or adjust the amounts of the seasonings used to your liking. The star of the show here is the sauce, and for that I recommend that you go with the exact measurements listed below.

🍗 12 Chicken Tenderloins 
🥣 For the Marinade:
• 2 cups Buttermilk
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp Onion Powder
• 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 2 tbsps. Sriracha or Hot Sauce

🍚 For the Coating:
• 3 cups Flour
• 1/3 cup Cornstarch
• 2 tsps. Salt
• 1 tsp white pepper
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1 tsp Badia Complete Seasoning mix
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Sriracha Salt

🫕 For the Sauce:
• 1 roasted whole head of garlic 
• ½ cup Mayonnaise
• 2 tbsps. finely grated Parmesan Cheese
• 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp sugar
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Oregano
• ½ tsp Red Chili Flakes
• ½ tsp Sriracha Salt

Let’s make some delicious Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders 🧄🍗🧀

🧄 First, roast a whole head of garlic by slicing the top off, then drizzle it with some olive oil and sprinkle some salt on top. Wrap it in foil and bake it on 400F for about 35-40 mins. Let it cool for a few minutes, then squeeze the gloves out in a bowl and mash them with a fork to form a paste.
🥣 Add this paste to bowl, add the mayonnaise, grated cheese, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and all the seasonings (exact measurements are listed on the previous post). Mix very well until all is well combined.
🍗 I soaked the chicken the night before in buttermilk seasoned with the same mix of spices I used in the sauce.
🍚 In a separate container, add the flour, cornstarch, and seasonings. Give it a mix and coat the chicken tenders evenly, making sure they’re covered all around with the seasoned flour.
🔥 Fry the chicken in hot oil and take it out on a tray topped with a rack to drain any excess oil, then dip it in the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
