When Italy meets Mexico, this Tex-Mex Carne Asada Pizza happens! A fun and delicious twist to Taco night ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ•๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ
I had a gourmet stuffed crust frozen pizza on hand and I leveled it up with some sizzling hot, right off the grill flank steak, a big dollop of my homemade guacamole, and freshly made Pico de Gallo. Sooo Sooo delicious! ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป
Carne Asada and Guacamole recipes (and make sure you save room for dessert ๐Ÿ˜)

INGREDIENTS:
๐Ÿฅฉ 2 lbs Flank, Hanger, or Skirt Steak
๐Ÿฅฉ 2 scalions
๐Ÿฅฉ 2 Limes
๐Ÿฅฉ 2 Jalapeรฑo Peppers
๐Ÿฅฉ Juice of 1 Orange
๐Ÿฅฉ 7 Garlic Cloves
๐Ÿฅฉ 1/2 a bunch of Cilantro

Seasonings:
Adjust amounts to your taste.
๐Ÿง‚ Salt & Pepper to taste
๐Ÿง‚ 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
๐Ÿง‚ 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
๐Ÿง‚ 1 teaspoon Lime Pepper 
๐Ÿง‚ 1 teaspoon orange pepper
๐Ÿง‚ 1.5 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning 
๐Ÿง‚ 1.5 teaspoon Adobo Seasoning
๐Ÿง‚ 1.5 teaspoon Chili Powder
๐Ÿง‚ 1.5 teaspoon Cumin
๐Ÿง‚ 1 teaspoon liquid Maggi Seasoning 
๐Ÿง‚ 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
๐Ÿง‚ 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
๐Ÿง‚ 1 Cup Water

Now letโ€™s get to itโ€ฆ
๐Ÿฅฉ Prepare the meat marinade by combining all the seasonings with minced garlic, scallions and jalapeรฑo peppers sliced lengthwise, cut-up lime and orange, chopped cilantro, juice of a lime and an orange, Worcestershire sauce, liquid Maggi seasoning, and just enough water to cover the steak; regular tap water or seltzer will work. Let the meat soak in this flavorful mixture overnight.
๐Ÿฅฉ Take meat out of the marinade and pat both sides dry. Grill it to your desired doneness, cover with foil, and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing it. You can enjoy it on a salad, as taco, or as a pizza topping. It was MARVELOUS!!๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป
