Let’s get our ingredients ready to make those delicious Honey Sriracha Shrimp Bowls 🍲🍤🥒🥢
You’ll need:
🍤 1 pound Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
🍾 2 teaspoons Avocado Oil
🧂 Salt & Pepper to taste
🧅 1 teaspoon @badiaspices Onion Powder
🥄 1 teaspoon @badiaspices Sriracha Salt
🌶 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
🍚 Cooked Jasmine Rice
🥒 Cucumber & Chives
🍲 Steamed Edamame
For the Sauce:
🥣 2 tablespoons honey
🥣 2 tablespoons soy sauce
🥣 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
🥣 2 teaspoons olive oil
🥣 1 teaspoon corn starch
🥣 2 teaspoons water

Follow these easy steps to make a delicious Honey Sriracha Shrimp lunch or dinner 🍤🍚🥒🥢
🥣 In a small bowl, make the sauce by whisking the honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, oil, and @badiaspices Sriracha Salt until well combined, and set aside.
🥣 In a small cup, make the slurry by mixing the cornstarch with the water, until well combined and lump-free, and set aside.
🍲 Heat oil in a large skillet on medium high heat. Add in the shrimp and seasonings and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until shrimp is lightly pink and cooked through.
🍲 Whisk the sauce and slurry together and pour the mixture over the shrimp. Stir together and bring down the heat to low. Let the sauce come to a very light simmer, until slightly thickened and sticky, then take the skillet off the heat.
🍲 Assemble your bowl to your taste and liking. I placed the shrimp, edamame, sliced cucumber on top of steamed jasmine rice and garnished it with sesame and chopped chives. Spoon any extra sauce over shrimp for extra flavor.
